Exchanges and Returns

All custom jewellery and repairs are final sale – no exchange or refunds.

In-store credit or exchange is permitted for unworn, non-custom items within 7 days of purchase date. 

Gift Cards

If this gift card is being used for a workshop, please let the recipient know that they are not signed up for a workshop date! Once they receive the gift card, they can choose their start date either online or through the shop. 

Workshop Booking

All bookings are arranged on an order-of-request basis. 

Once you have booked your workshop online you will receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your booking. 

Full payment for the class is required upon registration.

Zone 1 – If notified by email up to 30 days prior to workshop start date:

  • No fee to reschedule.
  • 20% fee to cancel.

Zone 2 – If notified by email between 29 and 15 days prior to workshop start date:

  • 20% fee to reschedule.
  • 50% fee to cancel.

Zone 3 – If notified by email between 14 and 4 days prior to workshop start date:

  • 50% fee to reschedule.
  • No refunds to cancel at this stage. 

Zone 4 – If notified by email between 3 to 0 days prior to workshop start date:

  • Rescheduling is no longer possible at this stage. 
  • No refunds to cancel at this stage.
